Getting Started
Register as a reseller with Loomfolks and receive your unique Reseller Code within your agreed Business slab. This code will be essential for tracking your orders and ensuring you receive the benefits you deserve.
Details To ensure a secure and trustworthy partnership, kindly share your KYC details, including Adhar Card, Pan Card. Additionally, let us know the Online Platform Details you plan to use for reselling Loomfolks products.
For every order placed on your chosen platform, use your assigned Reseller Code to claim your benefits and earn.
Each order should include your billing address as the reseller. However, you have the option to specify your client’s address as the shipping address for seamless drop-shipping.
We provide a one-time exchange policy for customers who wish to replace a product. Kindly inform us within 24 hours of delivery to initiate the exchange process.
For detailed guidelines on returns and exchanges, please refer to our Return & Exchange policy on the Loomfolks website. Familiarize yourself with these policies to address customer inquiries effectively.
If you need to cancel an order, ensure it is done within 2 hours of placement. Please note that a cancellation fee of 3.5% of the Total Order Value will be deducted before the refund.
