- All the newly hired employees are not referred by your previous or current employees.
How to fix the toxic work culture in your organization:
- Have self-introspection sessions within your management team and figure out what is going wrong where and how. Find out if your work policies and fundamentals are a problem or some of the people in your team are creating the problems making the culture toxic and negative.
- Once you have realized the problems, have open-ended discussions with your employees and ask them about the issues that are bothering them and forcing them to leave your workplace.
- Frame a new set of rules and policies that are rewarding and motivating for your employees.
Always remember that your employees are your very first brand ambassadors and keeping them happy and satisfied is the first rule to accomplish your aims of higher sales and profits.
